Welcome to Tietoevry Tech Services!You will be responsible for:Secure that functionality of the applications in the domain meet the business needEnsure that system and service requirements are documentedEnsure that systems are integrated according to need and that integrations are documentedUnderstand the business processes relevant to the domain and how processes work through the systems and take that into designEnsure that data design for the systems is doneSupport key users in functional topicsDesign and plan changes to applications in the domainPerform configuration tasks (in case applicable)Who are we looking for:You have previous experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Optimizely, Sprout and related marketing tools and marketing processesCollaborator supporting success of the Tech Services businessPromoting and providing deep expertise in the domainFact based decision making and taking accountabilityStrives success of the services and supported business processesFluent in the English language both verbal and writingExperience from the IT industry in similar role is preferrableWe offer:The contract is for an indefinite period of time.
