Job description: The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a Member Services Director to join our team.Job DescriptionThe Member Services Director works with senior branch staff to implement member services strategies that focus on recruitment and retention of members.Qualifications

  • I am excited to assist the staff leadership team in reaching annual campaign goals by recruiting campaigners, making personal asks, and supporting branch events
  • Are willing and able to complete Child Abuse Prevention on the first day as well as other required online and on-person trainings as required.
  • Must be able to pass Background and Reference checks (in accordance with the WA State Fair Chance Act).

Essential Functions

  • Direct and organize member services team with a focus on member experience and retention.
  • Coordinate and support program and membership enrollment and systems in support of member experience.
  • Assist marketing efforts focused on internal/external marketing strategies and production of material to support member experience and retention.
  • Track and utilize data to drive staffing schedule and experiential decisions.
  • Distribute results, organize, and maintain reports.
  • Supervise all aspects of membership accounting and processes to include all transactions.
  • Key liaison to Association Engagement Center.
