Our Member Marketing Executives develop and deliver market-leading collateral, supporting in the delivery of multichannel marketing plans, campaigns, and tactical activities for our premier Network members. This particular Member Marketing Executive position will support and deliver marketing requirements to members of our service-led proposition, Bravo Networks. It is an interesting and varied role, where you will work on the delivery of a proactive marketing plan as well as react to ad hoc requests. You will need to understand key trends, themes and the premier Member’s strategies and growth plans to execute marketing both online and offline to whilst collaborating with specialists and subject matter experts across the wider business to ensure campaigns and activities are fully optimised, delivered on time and to budget.

Bravo Networks is a service-led proposition whereby broker members join to access support, protection and growth opportunities that they otherwise wouldn’t have access to – one of which is the marketing service. With a monthly hours’ entitlement to deliver, for both online and offline marketing requests, this is a busy, exciting and ever-changing role.

This is a remote, home-based position, however depending on your location there could be the opportunity to work from one of our UK based offices on a hybrid basis. Travel to meetings will also be required.

Some of the other key role accountabilities include

  • Proactively create and execute a marketing plan that delivers the marketing service to Members
  • Providing marketing and campaign support to all Bravo Network members whether part of their marketing plan or reacting to individual requests.
  • Being self-motivated and able to work independently with premier Members across the businesses to create and execute marketing plans.
  • Making simple CMS updates and changes to fulfil member requests.

What experience do you need?

It’s essential that you have experience gained from working in a generalist B2B marketing role for a large, complex organisation as part of a virtual team to deliver great outcomes. You must also have experience of delivering in a dynamic, fast paced and results-focused environment as well as excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.

  • Most important is your ability to bring your best self to work every day to give your stakeholders the best possible experience.
  • Must be an excellent planner and self-sufficient to manage a varied workload.
  • Demonstrate strong influencing and communication skills for stakeholder management.
  • Collaborative spirit, work well within a virtual team and be driven to learn, especially about the Insurance Industry
