This newly created position will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our retail markets through strategic media investments and performance evaluation. • Manage the development and execution of paid media strategies, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with segment and brand marketing teams to create integrated campaign approaches that drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Analyse marketing performance metrics and develop actionable insights to improve ROI on a significant media budget.
• Cultivate strong relationships with media agencies, market research partners, and internal stakeholders to enhance collaboration and effectiveness.
• Lead the evaluation of marketing activities, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimise future campaigns.

Your experience

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing and optimising paid media channels (both ATL and digital) in a retail or consumer-focused environment.
• Deep understanding and demonstrable experience of using marketing science and effectiveness theories and principles
• Strong analytical skills with experience in media planning, buying, and market research methodologies, including marketing mix modelling.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
• Creative mindset paired with strong evaluation and analytical capabilities, comfortable working with data to inform marketing strategies.
