We’re hiring for a Marketing Technology Executive as part of our growing central Marketing team in the London to drive our ongoing evolution to deliver multi moment, customer first marketing activity to a range of audiences and verticals across clients, prospects and talent.
Purpose of the Role
As Marketing Technology Executive you’ll be responsible for being the central contact between our in-house marketing team and with experts across the companies within the wider dentsu UK operation. You will work with marketing, events, new business and technology teams to deliver personalised experiences to our key audiences, ensuring our marketing activity is aligned, to drive growth and support our brand recognition.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Technology Manager, this role will be mostly internal facing to begin with, with scope to broaden over time and as the projects mature. This role will be based in the UK but with opportunities to work with global Technology teams. You will be part of an in-house marketing team of 20, who work closely with our leadership in the UK and EMEA, which is an important part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy effective email campaigns using Pardot, implementing data segmentation strategies for targeted campaigns.
- Ensure all our programmes of activity, such as Account Based Experience (ABX), data segmentation, digital media, email nurture and reporting are supporting our one dentsu goals.
- Along with the Senior Marketing Technology Manager, own the UK MarTech stack to accelerate our transformation, researching and recommending new marketing technology products and monitoring data quality within marketing technology products.
- Create and embed a prioritisation approach to develop a roadmap for innovation with the relevant processes, tools, and metrics to support business objectives and new growth opportunities.
- Be a thought leader on digital developments, work with platforms owners, data domain owners, marketers, and business leaders to optimize current Marketing Technology investments and ensure strategic business goals are met
Qualifications + Skills
- Experience in a digital, or data & martech marketing role (client or agency side), running and integrating digital campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience of project managing digital and/or data & martech programmes and integrating data and technology to deliver contextually relevant marketing activity.
- A strong understanding of the marketing platforms required to deliver more personal experiences including CRM, Digital Analytics, campaign management, Content Management Systems, etc.
- Experience in digital analytics implementation and tracking to report and fuel experiences
- Experience with working with global teams, regional teams and third party developers, able to present well to stakeholders and confidence in putting forward ideas.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work closely with very senior stakeholders with the ability to remain calm and professional under rapidly changing circumstances.
What we offer
This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office twice a week.
