Job Description

Eaton Electrical is currently seeking a Marketing Intern (Switching Devices) to join our Marketing team! This position is based at our Burlington, ON facility.

  • Assist in creation & launch of commercial catalogs such as safety switches, power factor, surge, metering devices, sales aides, other information documents.
  • Provide marketing support for digital marketing content in support of new product launches.
  • Provide system support & maintenance on ERP and pricing systems (Oracle, Global Vista, CPA, Product development hub, Bid manager, QlikView).
  • Document standard work processes for Switching devices team.
  • Provide product support to our customer service team.
  • Provide report summaries as needed for sales and price performance.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or College diploma program in Business, Marketing, or Engineering with an accredited institution.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis without company sponsorship.
  • This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must reside within 80km of Burlington, ON to be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or the community.
