About the team:

As a key member of the marketing team, the Marketing Specialist – Strategics, North America helps to define and deliver fully integrated and innovative marketing plans across North Americas’ strategic accounts to generate demand and increase brand awareness. This role will lead on the financial services marketing area whilst working in alignment with our GTM plans set via Portfolio Marketing and Regional Sales teams. 

About the job:

The Marketing Specialist will develop and manage a range of marketing activities from campaigns, webinars, events and collaborating with key associations.

This position plays an important part in enhancing the relationship with sales teams and ensuring marketing plans are delivering measurable results as aligned with sales objectives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead and pipeline generation: Creating and developing marketing activities that help generate leads, pipeline, and opportunities. Proactively managing follow up to support in nurturing leads and achieving closed won revenue. 
  • Integrated campaigns: Creating and delivering integrated marketing campaigns to support the US and Canada strategic accounts. 
  • Content creation: Creating promotional content for the sub regions and across the region. Including case studies, articles, research reports, infographics, videos and more.
  • Event management: End-to-end management of key strategic events with the aim of generating leads and opportunities for sales teams.
  • Digital marketing: Implementing digital marketing techniques to increase our reach. E.g. Webinars, PPC advertising, website adverts etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with sales: Possessing the ability to develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with regional sales teams that support in driving forward initiatives.
  • Stakeholder management: Working with various stakeholders across the business to create insightful marketing activities and gain buy in.
  • Vendor management: Working with approved vendors to manage printed and branded materials, ensuring stock levels are appropriate for sales activities and events.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Marketing or Business-related degree or tertiary qualification.
  • Previous experience in marketing in a B2B environment
  • Influential communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and partners.
  • Proactive individual with a passion for marketing
  • CRM and marketing automation experience is a plus.
