Responsibilities:

• Development and project management for target group-specific marketing measures and campaigns (digital/classic/face-to-face) with focus on products and focus markets
• Close cooperation with internal stakeholders (e.g. sales, product management, technical sales support, research & development, …) for content generation and storyline creation
• Strong contribution and creative input for the implementation of digital tools for lead generation, sales support, and customer retention
• Active management of external agencies and service providers (incl. budget control)
• Sparring partner for Sales Areas and Local Sales Organizations regarding marketing planning, activity coordination and approval processes
• Analysis and evaluation of activities and results with regard to defined KPIs

Qualifications:

• Degree in marketing or comparable qualification and 2+ years of professional experience with international orientation and B2B focus, ideally in an industrial company
• Experience with creation of marketing activities, utilization of digital marketing channels for lead generation/qualification as well as purchasing marketing services
• Strong project management skills, creative mindset, strong self-starter, hands-on mentality
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
• Enjoy working with colleagues from a wide range of areas and cultures, incl. confident appearance and assertiveness in an international context
• Enthusiasm for industrial sealing technology and excited about working deeply into EagleBurgmann business and industry in order to understand relevant content and channels
• Fluent English and German
