The Global Wealth Management (GWM) South East Asia, Japan, India and Australia Marketing team partners and collaborates with GWM to support business on communications, marketing strategy, data and analytics while supporting the broader GWM overall strategic direction of the firm using client insights, CA sentiment and market research and analytics to ensure we are personalized, rele-vant, on-time and seamless.
The Marketing specialist role is responsible for supporting and execution of creative origination mar-keting activities. This includes the running of projects from start to end with direct access to senior management as well as coordination with various internal stake holders.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure strategic initiatives deliver against key market specific business objectives for select-ed country teams, flagship events etc. including one bank events
- Evaluate competition, the market and program performance to seize new program opportuni-ties and make recommendations to enhance current programs and improve results
- Work wih internal partners to develop best in class content for marketing programs
- Be the digital marketing expert on email marketing, working across the business to coordi-nate and manage email delivery, optimization and reporting.
- Take the lead on social media content and lead generation, ensuring tracking and accounta-bility on the platforms
- Establish a framework for measurement for digital channel performance, including KPIs, benchmarks and acceptable ROIs
- Keep abreast of new and emerging marketing resources and new digital marketing tools , webinar platforms, new production ideas etc that would be relevant for our business and contribute to digital transformation of our business
- Manage and maintain all aspects of project budget including invoice payment, accruals, fore-casting, expense reconciliation and audit checks
- Manage vendor relationships related to fulfillment and offer management for marketing pro-grams
- Appropriately assess risk, demonstrating particular consideration for firm’s reputation by en-suring compliance of marketing with applicable guidelines & regulation (e.g. cross border rules) and to manage any regulation changes and their impacts to marketing documents, this also applies to having sound ethical judgement regarding personal behavior, business prac-tices and escalating and managing risk
- Ensure strict adherence to UBS’s brand standards, look-and-feel and to harness best prac-tices across geographies and business channels.
- Support the Head of Marketing to produce management reports and presentation.

You Offer
We are looking for:
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in digital marketing/ performance marketing, preferably gained in Financial services industry. Candidate from digital agencies covering financial services will also be considered.
- Demonstrate experience of running multiple & concurrent digital campaigns as part of an integrated Marketing plan.
- Curious with ability to propose innovative digital marketing services, demonstrate positive out of the box thinking
- Needs to be able to work with minimal supervision and is an innovator and a problem solver
- Self-starter who is used to accountability of their workload and always delivers with ability to drive projects and initiatives
- Extensive experience of working with multiple stakeholders at both peer and senior levels
- Confident presenter who is experienced at presenting to the various levels across the organization
- Team player , ability to partner and negotiate with cross functional teams
- Be strong in excel, data analytics skills, tableau, ppt etc for management reporting
- Proven ability to work in high pressure environments
