Marketing Specialist Advisor

Job Description:

• Under minimal supervision, develops and executes strategy for one or more marketing initiatives.
• Resolves problems and makes recommendations related to complex and interrelated matters and projects.
• Provides specialist-level analysis in several marketing disciplines and/or expert-level in one or more.
• Recommends project budgets and forecasts anticipated budget spending.
• Coaches others in less senior positions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in marketing, finance, computer science or related business discipline.
• Five (5) years experience in marketing, advertising, sales administration, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of the broad application of advanced principles, theories, concepts and techniques in marketing disciplines, project management and information analysis.
• Strong human relations and communication/presentation skills.
• Advanced organizational, quantitative and analytical skills, including experience in database marketing.
• Experience leading complex initiatives in a corporate environment.
• Customer-focused orientation.
• Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
• Directly related experience may offset degree requirements.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent* in Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or related business discipline plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience in marketing, advertising, sales administration, or related discipline. The employer will alternatively accept a Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience in marketing, advertising, sales administration, or related discipline in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus five (5) years of experience. The position requires experience with: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Business Agility practices Strategic Planning and Change Management implementation Business Intelligence and Advanced Data Analytics including Power BI and Adobe Analytics Product and Process lifecycle management. Knowledge of the broad application of advanced principles, theories, concepts, and techniques in marketing disciplines, project management and information analysis including benchmarking, prototyping using information analysis, and executing project management activities to help create and manage a project through its lifecycle strong human relations and communication/presentation skills advanced organizational, quantitative and analytical skills, including experience in database marketing, ETL data processing, and creating dashboards to enable strategic decision making experience leading complex initiatives in a corporate environment customer-focused orientation. Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. Position allows for telecommuting from home within commuting distance of Collierville, TN.

• Employer will accept one (1) year of directly related experience in lieu of

one (1) year of education.*
