Above all, they assure a bespoke and cost effective recruitment experience, delivered by a team of expert consultants.About the roleAs a Marketing Specialist your focus will be to support the company’s marketing plans and promote their industry leading services using an innovative approach to recruitment and human resource activities. Previous experience in a marketing function is most welcome, however training and development will be provided.In conjunction with the Marketing Director, the role of Marketing Specialist will focus on a wide range of tasks that includes:

• Develop engaging marketing campaigns, promoting the company to an international clientele and job seekers across the world
• Determining the best ways to reach target audiences through various media and marketing initiatives
• Review of multiple media to identify potential customers and in turn help determine their needs, interests, and habits
• Implementing a company’s marketing plan by creating presentational material, videos, and engaging promotional pieces
• Aid the sales team by developing material for specific campaigns, trade shows, and other similar activities
• Creating and maintaining an online presence for the company through the company’s website, blogs, or business/social media sites such as LinkedIn, Instagram, or Twitter
• Analyse data to determine what is working well and what can be improved upon to benefit performance in future campaigns
• Support activities with external suppliers on matters such as website development, marketing tools, trade exhibitions etc
• Help to maintain the company’s data and internal databases as necessary
• Attend key international exhibitions and on occasion client meetings

About youTo be successful for the role of Marketing Specialist, you must have / be:

• Articulate, proactive and capable of multi-tasking
• Analytical and detail orientated – works to high standards
• Excellent communicator at all levels
• Capable to undertake tasks with minimal supervision
• Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills
• Ambitious and keen to expand your responsibilities

About the rewardsIn the role of Marketing Specialist there is a salary on offer of up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and benefits of:

• Flexible working hours
• Early finish on Fridays
• 25 days annual holidays plus Bank Holidays
