Job description: Shimmer Glass & Pressure Cleaning is one of Sydney’s leading specialists in high-end residential and commercial glass and pressure cleaning service. With over 10 years of experience and a strong presence in Sydney, we pride ourselves on service excellence and professionalism.We are currently expanding our marketing efforts and seeking a skilled and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time. This is a key strategic role within the business, with the opportunity to contribute directly to the company’s growth and brand visibility.Key Responsibilities– Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
– Create and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business)
– Conduct market research to identify trends and analyse competitors
– Manage Google Ads and Meta Business campaigns, optimising for performance and ROI
– Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase website visibility and traffic
– Plan and launch email marketing campaigns and customer retention flows
– Use analytics tools to report on campaign performance and suggest improvements
– Coordinate with external suppliers when required (graphic design, content production)
– Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with service delivery
– Lead the transition to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including automation and segmentationRequirements– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related
– Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar marketing role
– Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and product positioning.
– Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Meta Business, Mailchimp, etc.)
– Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly regarded
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
– A proactive mindset, creativity, and attention to detail
– Industry knowledge or prior experience is highly valued
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, illustrator, premier)

Expected salary: $60001 – 80000 per year
