Salary: $105,000-$110,000 per year plus 11.5% superannuationAbout the Role
UPOWR is seeking a sharp, data-driven Marketing Specialist who blends strategic thinking with hands-on creativity. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a purpose-driven company focused on accelerating the clean energy transition in Australia. You’ll take ownership of the full marketing lifecycle, from customer insight and campaign strategy to digital execution and performance reporting.Key Responsibilities
– Market Intelligence & Strategy
Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis
Develop actionable strategies to strengthen brand positioning
Support data-driven marketing and media plans
Improve the customer journey and communication touchpoints– Campaign Management & Content Creation
Execute marketing plans across social media, email, and paid channels
Plan and produce weekly social media and email content
Create lead generation campaigns and automated email sequences
Drive qualified leads to support the sales team– Video & Creative Production
Write scripts, create storyboards, and direct video production
Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content
Design branded materials including sales decks and pitch packs– Digital & Web Marketing
Manage website content including blogs and case studies with an SEO focus
Build automated email journeys for lead nurturing
Optimise paid advertising to improve lead quality and reduce costs
Monitor and report on digital marketing performance– Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and content with business goalsWhat We’re Looking For
Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign execution
Strong skills in content creation, video production, and data analysis
Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Expected salary: $105000 – 110000 per year
