The role of a Regulatory Services, Marketing specialist :

The Marketing Specialists primary purpose is to support the creation and execution of the local annual Regulatory Services (Medical Devices) marketing plan for the DACH region. Using all available marketing channels (e.g., collaterals, website, webinars, newsletters, email campaigns, social media posts, events, workshops, client visits etc).

The position sits within the EIMEA Regional Marketing Team which forms part of the wider Global RS Medical Device Marketing Team. Working closely with the EIMEA Regional Marketing Manager and the local country Commercial Teams and collaborating with colleagues in BSI Group Marketing and across other divisions of the business.

The role will make a measurable positive impact on brand awareness, client engagement and client experience which will support the profitable growth of market-share, revenues, and profits of the wider Global Regulatory Services (Medical Device) business.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Leads the development and execution of the local annual Regulatory Services (Medical Devices) marketing plan for DACH with guidance from EIMEA Regional Marketing Manager
  • Ensure local website optimization, content development, and maintenance with guidance from Global RS Website team.
  • Responsible for the delivery of the Global RS outbound marketing campaigns using the relevant marketing tools e.g. Pardot (marketing automation system)
  • Work with the RS local Commercial teams to support major trade show and BSI specific client events in DACH. Build a network of partners and collaborators across trade associations, clusters and client groups.
  • Campaign performance management, monitor KPI’s, identify trends and incorporate data to support wider strategy and related reporting activity.
  • Build strong working relationships with the local Commercial team, wider Regulatory Services upstream marketing teams and other EIMEA Marketing teams to strengthen “best practice sharing” and content created execution.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in both traditional and digital marketing
  • Business level proficiency in both English and German
  • Experience within a Regulatory industry such as Pharma, Medical Devices would be beneficial but not required.
  • Strong collaboration skills across different teams.

Travel requirements: Travel to core meetings and events as required (less than 15%)
