With over 100 years of combined management experience, Lubecore supplies and supports dealers and customers in the industrial, transportation, mining, municipal, agricultural, and mobile heavy equipment markets.

Lubecore International is currently recruiting for a Marketing Specialist based in the Campbellville, ON office. The Marketing Specialist is a core member of the Lubecore Marketing team and will be responsible for the development, creation, and execution of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns and materials, as well as the management of all social media channels. The Marketing Specialist will help grow brand awareness of the Lubecore group of companies, increasing dealer development and sales across the global network.

Deliverables

  • Develop and execute creative marketing initiatives, including digital and traditional ad design, email marketing, website and social media content, videos, etc.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to develop and evaluate a 360 view of the customer journey and interactions across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns assessing performance against goals (ROI and KPI’s)
  • Evaluate data to identify trends and insights and present budget and performance recommendations based on insights
  • Ensure all marketing materials are supportive of, and consistent with, marketing strategies and brand guidelines
  • Design and manage Lubecore marketing content library (videos, brochures, training materials, etc.)
  • Assist with the management and maintenance of Lubecore’s website(s).
  • Design, build, and maintain Lubecore’s social media presence
  • Prioritize and execute marketing requests, including out-of-scope or creative. This may include working with 3rd party partners.
  • Support Sales and Operations teams in the execution of marketing plans
  • Support Public Relations initiatives, working with 3rd party partners as required
  • Qualify tradeshows and recommend messaging to management. Define placement, and supply supporting materials to the administrator.
  • Attend and participate in Lubecore conferences as required.
  • Conduct field visits to assess emerging technologies and market trends.
  • Present recommendations based on emerging technologies and market trends
  • Collaborate with Lubecore group members to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Participate in Dealer training.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, transportation, or similar field
  • Proven working experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing
  • Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Leadership skills: proven ability to complete projects successfully and independently, solving problems and making decisions as needed with minimal supervision.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously, within an intense, deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Design)
  • Working knowledge of design software such as: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Framemaker, DreamWeaver, HTML, HTML 5, CSS and Javascript development and constraints
  • Understanding core graphic design best practices
  • Video production and editing are a definite asset (e.g. Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush, After Effects)
  • Ability to analyze data to assess performance and priorities (e.g., Google Analytics, click Dimensions, Hubspot, WebTrends, etc.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; specifically, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently, together with the ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment. Ability to effectively coordinate with other departments to complete projects on time.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
