They champion and own the development and evolution of key customer-facing services, including our flexible credit offerings, convenient delivery subscription and engaging promotional activities. Their focus is on creating and optimising products and streams that add significant value and support a seamless shopping journey for our customers.About the role:As Marketing Services Lead, you will take the reins on strategy and leadership, driving bold, high-impact marketing across a range of innovative NEXT Service Propositions. You will craft and execute powerful campaigns that drive customer acquisition, spark engagement and boost retention, all while staying tightly aligned with our business goals. You’ll lead and inspire a Marketing Executive, building a high-performance team culture and delivering best in class campaigns.What else is involved?
