Job description: We are recruiting for a Customer Planning Specialist – Customer Plan & Seasonal Space Planning at Hilmore House in West Yorkshire.The role is responsible for delivering and maintaining the customer plan and reviewing and planning all seasonal space (seasonal aisle and event ends). Managing the process from brief through to execution working with the Senior Events Planning Manager.Teamwork in this role is critical! Your key relationships will be with the wider team, operations, marketing and commercial colleagues, influencing them to ensure we have the right customer plan.This is a full time, permanent contract.Some of your responsibilities will include:Creating and maintaining a rolling 52 week customer plan by working with key stakeholders across the business to capture key activityAnalyse performance of in-store events including both internal financial performance and market dataWork cross functionally with merchandising to ensure all space is planned in line with the performance and the customer planTake ownership of the documents and plans you are working on to ensure you review and raise any issues or queries for escalation.Support in preparing clear and concise briefs delivered on time to stores to ensure right first time deliveryThis role is based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions.
