We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join the team. This is an exciting new role that will provide operational support to the Head of Marketing and wider brand and commercial marketing teams across Oceania.
The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for assisting in the day to day operations and of the brand and commercial marketing teams through sourcing product, inventory management support, invoice processing, budget management and marketing asset management and creation.
Key responsibilities:
Source and order product for key campaigns, seeding and photo shoots
Key campaign tracking and sell through reports
Seeding order management and inventory management in conjunction with the Operations team
Manage imagery and social media toolkit requests, and basic catalogue and imagery approvals within brand guidelines
Respond to Global and Regional requests for information relating to current and future season campaigns – including investment levels, campaign results
Budget tracking and invoice processing
Budget forecasting presentations
Marketing asset tracking – CAPEX investments
FBT tracking
Take ownership of the product orders for upcoming season to be used for seeding, campaign or GWP purposes as directed by brand and commercial marketing teams
Partner hospitality and ticketing management
Support sell in process with organisation of sell in tools and imagery as required
Contract tracking and management
Support with Compliance Officer tasks – including ensuring each function is adhering to compliance processes and procedures
Investigate latest technologies and innovations within the marketing space
Update and distribute marketing calendars and templates
Develop and update process and procedure documents as required
Support the team with event planning and execution
Participate and be an active member of all relevant team meetings and WIPs
Assist the Senior Head of Marketing with ad hoc programs and tasks as required
YOUR TALENT
Bachelor’s degree or higher
A minimum of 2+ years in operations, planning, customer service, or similar role, consumer brands within the sport or lifestyle industry and/or Fast Moving Consumer Goods
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail orientated, resourceful, proactive, self-confident and organised
Process driven
Ability to work cross functionally
Strong trouble-shooting skills
Self-motivated
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & Office
Working knowledge of PowerPoint
SAP experience highly regarded
Power BI exposure preferred
Photoshop, Illustrator is beneficial
