Marketing Operations Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities: 

• Execute marketing campaigns within Marketo and Salesforce, including operational campaign setup, e-mail marketing, data normalization, program template creation, engagement programs, ongoing data management, and routine platform hygiene.
• Help manage the marketing automation pieces of our technology stack including technical implementations and integrations, leveraging it to its fullest potential to drive success.
• Advance our marketing automation strategies to help optimize and improve lead generation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, overall marketing success, and wider customer retention.
• Help manage data flow throughout various marketing technology platforms to ensure consistent and accurate data is being provided to the internal BD and Sales teams.
• Work closely with Sales teams to ensure better alignment between Sales and Marketing efforts, particularly through platforms like Salesforce and Salesloft.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience with Marketo.
• 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
• Marketo certification and administration experience preferred.
• Proven experience working in marketing operations, automation, e-mail marketing, implementing technical platform implementations, and data management.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in working with a diverse marketing technology stack, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to optimize operations and drive outcomes.
• Team player who works well with others and fosters collaborative working relationships.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
