Marketing Operations Manager
We have an opportunity for a Marketing Operations Manager to join us at Honeywell in BUCHAREST, RO. Honeywell Personal Protective Equipment is a dynamic business that is passionate about delivering exceptional marketing initiatives. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to report into our Head of Customer Marketing and join our team and play a crucial role in planning, executing, and overseeing customer data requests.
If you are a driven professional with a passion for marketing and a proven track record in project management, we want to hear from you! You will be taking over the global marketing budget, managing it throughout the year and the quarterly cycles, and you will be working with multiple functions to deliver projects with high visibility and impact on the revenue. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key requirements:
- Manages three full-time professionals and leverages knowledge of end-to-end marketing data flow and business processes to scope and partner with IT/business stakeholders to implement processes and solutions to support customer marketing data requests. Provide support to strategic accounts to help customers with data to resell the HON products on disty ecommerce sites and reaching out to other departments from product stewardship, or data governance and provide information to customers in the customer requested format and their templates for data structure;
- Working across technologies to gather data: browsing systems like SAP, PIM or EDAM;
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data processes, improve accuracy, and streamline workflows and help our customers self-serve digitally;
- Supports the business by aggregating business data through analytics and reporting;
- Must be able to communicates with executive leadership;
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the customer data requests, creating and implementing global digital automation tools to enable our customer to self-serve where possible;
- Work with internal stakeholders and the broader organization across a multi-ERP environment for the Customer domain.;
- Data Governance & Management processes of customer marketing information and creating & maintaining data quality standards that directly contribute to business outcomes.
Key skills and qualifications:
- BA/BS (or equivalent) in finance, marketing or related discipline;
- 5+ years in master data management or analytics;
- 5+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience;
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
