We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager in Raleigh, N.C. to join us in fulfilling our mission, while utilizing our values of excellence, improvement, and connection. In this role, you will bring marketing tech expertise to our marketing organization and be in demand the moment you join the team. As you develop and implement our marketing automation roadmap, you’ll be focused on prioritizing requests, clearly articulating strategy, and leading through ambiguity to build consensus.

Who we are looking for…

A marketing operations professional who has experience administering and managing marketing automation platforms

With a process-centric mindset, you can dig in and assess our current state then develop a strategy to increase customer engagement while keeping folks in line with documented governance

You understand how tech talks and can connect the dots. You’ll build and oversee marketing integrations/services including setting requirements, managing data standards, testing, and troubleshooting issues.

You are naturally curious and creative; you can’t help but to get lost in analytics and marketing journeys. You will use and develop analytics to get our marketing and business team aligned on strategy. You’ll also use your findings to implement new campaigns and segments.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a marketing automation roadmap, strategically targeting customers to increase engagement and elevate brand voice
  • Work with our Brand and Digital Marketing team to create emails, forms, landing pages, reports, and other related infrastructure to optimize performance of our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels.
  • Establish marketing automation best practices and process improvements that the entire team can rally around.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to oversee a multi-channel distribution strategy, while adhering to a consistent brand message
  • Define and optimize key performance metrics and prepare relevant dashboards to share results across the team and report findings to senior management
  • Contribute to our Google Analytics implementation to ensure campaign traffic is tracked.
  • Manage Marketo database, including processes to improve deliverability and ensure database health
  • Create and manage all Marketo operational programs and campaigns (i.e. Setting acquisition & source, Interesting moments, subscription processes, lifecycles, audience building, nurtures & person scoring, etc…)
  • Partner with the Data Science team to analyze engagement analytics and provide support for data governance
  • Utilize our marketing automation platform to drive sales engagement opportunities

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Marketing automation software experience – preferably with Marketo
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Marketing role that owned or contributed to Campaign Automation Execution, Marketing Demand Gen or Marketing Operations
  • Solid understanding of the relationship between campaign automation and Salesforce, as well as a working knowledge of how 3rd party integrations and web APIs can help enable marketing automation
  • Experience building complex email marketing campaigns
  • Experience automating lifecycle marketing journeys and other segmentations that increase engagement and retention rates

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Marketo Champion or Marketo Certified Expert designation
  • Marketing API integration knowledge
  • Mortgage industry experience
  • Experience in B2B marketing; financial services marketing a plus
  • Admin and execution experience within Marketo and Salesforce, CMS systems, and data warehousing
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Sales Enablement Platforms and VOC software
