Marketing Operations Manager

Your Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join the Digital Turbine Marketing team, reporting to the Global Comms & Field Marketing lead. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing best practices, processes and systems to drive scale and efficiency across the Marketing organization, and provide data-driven insights to drive marketing execution.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Systems Management and Automation

Oversee and manage the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, analytics, and other relevant tools.

Evaluate, recommend, and implement new marketing tools and platforms.

Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.

Oversee contracts, renewals, payments, and invoicing with all applicable vendors.

Manage relationship and execution automation platforms and tools.

Marketing Analytics and Reporting

Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.

Generate regular reports and develop dashboards to track key marketing performance metrics, including campaign ROI, audience reach, and engagement metrics.

Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.

Standardize and operationalize all channel reporting across the marketing team.

Campaign Management

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns across various channels, ensuring proper tracking and attribution.

Data Management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration and data flow between different systems.

Understanding of database management and experience in maintaining data hygiene, segmentation, and data governance practices.

Budget management

Work closely with the SVP of Marketing and Strategy to help plan and manage the team’s annual budget.

Collaborate with all marketing stakeholders on identifying and selecting vendors, as well as be the main POC for contracts and deals with vendors.

Requirements:

2-4 years of proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role within the tech industry.

Bachelor’s degree – ideally in Marketing, Business, or another analytical field

Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Experience with CRM and automation platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, or other similar platforms)

Experience with project management and team collaboration platforms (i.e. Monday.com, Airtable)

Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and emerging trends

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional, multi-cultural team

Travel to events and / or other Digital Turbine offices may be required from time to time
