College grad creates longer-term options Job Description : Responsible for the development and implementation of processes that support marketing activities. This includes processes required for the accurate development and execution of a promotion and the post-audit requirements of promotions. Communication on the timely completion of these processes to the appropriate managers sponsoring the promotions will be critical. Working across various production and approval groups will be important and ongoing. Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships is important. Good computer skills, communication skills, and timely completion of work processes will be key success metrics. Preferred Skills/Experience – Ability to complete detailed work on a timely basis is a key skill – Ability to complete projects on target, on time, and on budget – Able to take action to keep processes on track – Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-building skills – Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills – Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages Responsible for the development and implementation of the multi-channel marketing programs and strategies to support business line goals. This could include marketing, advertising, promotions, sales collateral and point of sale materials. Delivers measurable, customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention and engagement. Evaluates and measures program results to optimize investment. Works with agencies and cross-functional teams to produce materials that are branded and compliant. Collaborates with internal partners to ensure that all marketing programs are in accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies. Works with leadership teams to coordinate, develop and execute marketing events such as tradeshows, seminars, industry sponsorships, local events, etc. to achieve business line goals.
