MARKETING- Marketing Communications

The Marketing Communication Manager will work in the strategic part of the company. It is the professional who thinks about actions that can be on or offline, inbound or outbound, aiming at results such as boosting sales, building and consolidating customer relationships and strengthening the brand image in the market. For this, it works on fronts such as SEO (Searching Engine Optimization), digital marketing and external events.

This position is to help design, develop and implement the company’s marketing strategies to understand which actions are the best for the consolidation of the company in marketing campaigns offline or the digital environment and constantly analyses the performance of each one of them. This position should have a communicative, analytical profile capable of thinking about solutions in an agile way and will be an integral part of our efforts to ensure that our company is a digital and innovation leader market segment.

Conduct market and competition research (benchmarking).

Assist in branding actions, aiming to strengthen the company’s image.

Create strategies for each part of the sales funnel in the digital context.

Optimize the SEO work of the company’s pages, so that they are always with good visibility in search engines.

Develop actions that strengthen the relationship between company and customer in presential events and also in a digital media.

Build inbound marketing strategies, generating valuable content for different platforms and for different stages of the consumer journey.

Based on consumer behavior, prepare materials for use by the commercial team, both to capture leads and to retain customers through marketing campaign included Customer Experience actions.

Assemble the brand’s editorial calendar and be in close conversation with content creators (Segments, Portfolios, Customers leaders) so that materials are produced according to established guidelines.

Survey the metrics, analyze them and make the study visible to the company, generating inputs for other teams to think about next steps.

  1. EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor’s degree/Marketing/Advertising/IT/Systems or related to the business.
  • Advanced English (To be validated in interview)
  1. Specialization. Mandatory:1 year. Expected: 3 years
  • Previous experience in Digital Marketing
  • Inbound & Outbound (emailing, campaigns, landing pages, websites, social media, bots, paid traffic, etc)
  • Previous experience in presential events and customer experience program
  1. Commercial – Required / Desirable:
  • Sales: Negotiation, New Business Development, Customer Service, Value Proposition
  • Marketing: Segmentation, Value Stream Mapping, Product Strategy, Benchmarking
  • Management: Training, Mentoring, Coaching
  • Network Development: Direct/Indirect Customers, Regulators, Influencers
  • Organization (Time/Resources Management)
  1. Administrative – Required / Desirable:
  • Microsoft: Windows, Office, Teams
  • Digital Platforms: Marketo, SEO, Google ADS, HighSpot, Mindtickle, WhatsApp, LinkedIN, Youtube.
  • Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Oracle or similar ERM/ERP
  • IIR or similar Project / Sales leads Database
