Marketing Manager, Taiwan and Hong Kong

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team on a permanent basis. Our team is passionate about delivering a delightful healthcare experience to our customers as we work towards achieving our 2025 strategy of becoming the top choice in sleep health while making our solutions more accessible and affordable. We embrace challenges and constantly explore new approaches to ensure an exceptional customer journey. This newly established role is aimed at supporting the growth of our business within Taiwan and Hong Kong, as part of the Emerging Asia region.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building, planning, and executing marketing programs and campaigns across multiple channels to generate business growth and enhance the ResMed brand experience while fostering synergy between channels.

Let’s talk about you

• Drive and support the planning & development of the marketing vision, goals, and strategies for Taiwan and Hong Kong.
• Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Manager to build, plan, and execute marketing plans that drive business growth for new launches, campaigns, and promotions, working closely with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and distributors.
• Work with commercial teams and stakeholders to plan and support trade shows, seminars, and events for both B2B and B2C activities.
• Manage social media accounts across selected markets, overseeing content, community engagement programs, and social media management.
• Provide support, training, and materials for solution/product initiatives.
• Ensure efficient management of marketing deliverables and asset production, while adhering to established timelines.
• Manage end-to-end briefing process for marketing activities with media agencies to ensure on-time, on-brand, and on-budget delivery.
• In-depth understanding of channel needs and propose appropriate initiatives that address the market challenges.
• Develop reports and dashboards to analyse sales, market share, and competitor activities for the regional team. Identify and communicate key opportunities across different channels.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Regularly communicate marketing performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, including sales teams, product managers, agencies, vendors, customers, and partners.
• Stay informed about regulatory, government, reimbursement, customer, and competitive factors influencing the market.
• Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, with strong communication skills.

This role requires a structured and proactive self-starter who can quickly and effectively respond to the ever-changing needs of the business. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded commercial marketing generalist with a talent for collaboration and relationship-building. To succeed in this role, you will have:

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with experience in campaign management and digital marketing.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related business discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in project management within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in planning and executing promotions and establishing key metrics for relevant campaigns.
• Experience in working in a cross-functional environment and closely collaborating with regional counterparts.
• Experience in agency management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with intermediate skills in Excel.
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as healthcare or technology is advantageous.
• Knowledge in Sales Force Marketing Cloud is a plus.
