Marketing Manager – Pursuits

What You’ll Do

• Manage and oversee junior marketing members including Senior Specialists, Specialists, and Assistants
• Translate strategic marketing initiatives into actionable items for junior marketing members
• Enforce marketing budgets
• Engage in regular performance feedback for junior marketing members
• Assist Senior Marketing Manager, Department Manager, and Associate Director with staffing initiatives
• Oversee interactions with marketing/non-marketing teams to effectively support marketing strategy
• Lead marketing teams in department-specific projects and programs
• Collaborate within same marketing department to improve and unify marketing processes and procedures
• Collaborate with marketing departments on special projects
• Lead branding best practices
• Track trends and monitor marketing metrics
• Participate in professional development activities such as continuing education, seminars, classes, and/or professional organizations
• Mentor junior marketing staff
• Review RFPs to determine alignment with local office and company goals and objectives
• Facilitate strategic proposal marketing materials locally, regionally, and nationally
• Oversee production of standard and customized proposal marketing materials for cohesive branding efforts
• Follow up on pending submittals to determine wins and losses
• Facilitate presentations for both prime and teaming opportunities, as needed
• Provide regional information to report and monitor changing demographics and other relevant issues
• Identify and track strategic pursuits
• Maintain and update databases

What We’re Looking For

• BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar required
• 6 years of sales or marketing experience required, experience in marketing or design in the fields of architecture, engineering, and/or construction preferred
