As Marketing Manager, you will be developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth. You will analyze market trends, track campaign performance, and adjust tactics as needed to achieve optimal results. Additionally, you will manage budgets, oversee promotional activities, and work closely with designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials. Strong analytical skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are crucial for success in this role.

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Manager to enhance our marketing performance. This role requires collaboration with the Communications, Operations, and Merchandising leadership teams to ensure seamless integration of advertising, product marketing, and store operations.

You will play a crucial role in enhancing marketing effectiveness, boosting revenue, and ensuring our promotions align with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and optimize marketing programs and promotions.
• Manage the promotional calendar.
• Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that effectively reaches the target audience.
• Drive the creation of marketing materials, copy, and content to support marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with creative teams, store teams, operations, and merchandising to ensure alignment of marketing strategies

with overall brand objectives.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine marketing strategies, enhance campaign performance, and

strengthen brand positioning.

• Work closely with brand partners to develop co-marketing initiatives that enhance product awareness and sales growth.
• Develop promotional strategies that resonate with target audiences, supporting both retail and digital marketing efforts.
• Analyze key performance metrics and customer feedback to assess and improve the effectiveness of marketing

campaigns, customer interactions, and sales impact.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across various teams, including store operations and merchandising.
• Proficient in analyzing marketing performance data to make informed recommendations.
• Results-oriented with a comprehensive understanding of how marketing impacts sales revenue.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• A strong passion for innovation and execution within a fast-paced retail environment.
• A degree in Marketing is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of prior experience.
