The Role:
Final Draft, the industry standard in screenwriting software, is looking for a Marketing Technology Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing and eCommerce tech stack. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing platforms such as Magento, HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Google Tag Manager, ensuring seamless functionality across systems and delivering a smooth, effective user experience.
Our current marketing team is made up of four marketing professionals, each managing distinct channels – SEO, Paid Media, Email Marketing, and Social Media. You’ll join this high-impact team as the owner of our Website and CRM channels. As the vital link between marketing, development, and operations, you’ll align technology with creative strategy to implement solutions that improve efficiency, performance, and customer engagement.
Reporting directly to Final Draft’s Director of Marketing, you’ll be empowered to bring big ideas to life and make a real impact on the brand beloved by storytellers around the world. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, solutions driven, and confident in managing complex systems in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and maintain our Magento eCommerce platform, including all plugins, integrations, and custom applications.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and security in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external developers.
- Own and manage CRO strategy across all digital touchpoints to improve site performance and user experience.
- Conduct A/B testing, heatmap analysis, user behavior tracking, and performance reporting.
- Identify friction points and work cross-functionally to test and implement improvements that increase conversion and retention.
- Oversee the day-to-day use and strategic development of HubSpot for CRM and Enterprise and Educational sales enablement.
- Partner with the Enterprise Sales team to identify and implement technology-driven solutions that streamline sales processes, enhance lead management, and improve pipeline visibility.
- Own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Klaviyo platform to support B2C marketing efforts.
- Ensure accurate data flow and integration between Klaviyo and other platforms (e.g., Magento, HubSpot, custom apps) to enable segmentation and personalized messaging.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our external development agency by coordinating projects, timelines, budgets and QA for all outsourced development.
- Implement and maintain tracking across platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and user behavior.
- Create dashboards and reports to share insights with key stakeholders and support data-driven decision making.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance our MarTech stack.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we remain competitive and efficient.
What we’re looking for from you:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a MarTech, digital marketing, or eCommerce technology role.
- Proven experience managing Magento and its ecosystem of applications.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM, marketing automation) and Klaviyo (email/SMS marketing).
- Demonstrated experience with CRO strategies, tools (e.g., Hotjar), and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong project management skills and experience working with external agencies or vendors.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot reporting).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in the entertainment and understanding of the studio production landscape.
- Research and analytical abilities to interpret consumer data and use it to improve marketing efforts.
- Organized with the ability to meet short deadlines and executes on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial; a self-starter who loves to own projects and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Empathetic and customer obsessed; you are able to put yourself in the shoes of our target audience

Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year.
