Who You’ll Work With
You’ll join Slalom’s Global Marketing team, leading industry marketing for our state and local government, nonprofit, and education businesses. You’ll collaborate closely with business and marketing leaders to shape and execute the go-to-market strategy, messaging, and campaigns that drive real business outcomes for our public and social sector customers.
Role Overview
Slalom Consulting is seeking a strategic and mission-driven Marketing Manager to join our Global Industry Marketing Team, supporting our Public & Social Impact (PSI) business. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, purpose-oriented marketer to define how Slalom shows up in the market to accelerate growth in our professional services business serving government, higher education and nonprofit organizations. This market is a space where our work truly makes a positive impact in our communities where we live, work and play.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive visibility, engagement, and pipeline across the PSI portfolio. You’ll bring experience marketing to state and local government, and higher education (SLED) and nonprofit organizations, and a passion for amplifying stories of impact. From thought leadership and content strategy to campaigns and key event activations, you’ll lead efforts that highlight the unique value Slalom brings to public and social sector clients.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders across marketing, sales, and industry to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned to business goals. You’ll also work cross-functionally with teams across regions and practices to build and amplify messaging that resonates with our clients and communities.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role that requires strategic thinking, strong program management skills, and the ability to drive results in a complex, cross-functional environment—along with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing public and social sector organizations today.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary pay range is $97,000-$135,00. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
