Marketing Manager – Global Business Marketing – Malaysia

Responsibilities

Team Introduction Our Team aims to help businesses and brands unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. We are looking for an excellent marketer to help us listen better, be more agile and continually look for ways to deliver real value to all our stakeholders, internal and external, and across the region. Responsibilities 1. Develop short term to long term go-to-market calendar of commercial partnership/sponsorship opportunities and marketing events, aligned with business objectives and execute against the plan. 2. Drive advertising revenue growth by unlocking new and inspiring brand sponsorship opportunities with content packages by incorporating standard ads and non-standard ads resources/placements, user content programming, IP event, creator solutions. 3. Deliver clear and compelling pitching decks and sponsorship rate cards for sales enablement, working closely with sales teams to manage client expectations and be responsible for project related trainings and presentations both internally and externally. 4. Collaborating with sales and cross-function teams across pre-sell, during-sell & after-sell working processes to deliver against advertising revenue targets. 5. Partner with integrated marketing communications manager on go-to-market plans to inspire and influence regional clients and partners via events and scaled education. 6. Analyze and optimize marketing results and channels, particularly commercial partnerships and events, to extract insights, measure impact, and drive best practices. 7. Manage regular reporting on business marketing initiatives and results, specifically commercial partnerships and events, for quarterly planning (OKR), reporting (QBR) and annual planning. 8. Budget management: allocate budget resources effectively to support business growth, oversee budget governance to ensure compliance, track and report budget utilization.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s): 1. Bachelor’s degree. 2. Professional experience and sponsorship experience in agency, TV networks and tech platform companies. 3. Experience in brand marketing and advertising on the client side or tech platforms companies or agencies. 4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially the mobile, social landscape in the Malaysia. Preferred Qualification(s): 1. Passion for marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the ground up. 2. Experience in development of creative ideas and communications materials, and supervise creative production. 3. Experience working with content providers or IP holders and developing sales packages preferred. 4. Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking. 5. Excellent communication skills; able to connect with both executives and external/internal teams, with good public speaking skills. 6. Knowledge of digital third-party servers, measurement, content and media verification partners.
