Marketing Manager, EMEA

As a Marketing Manager at Corcentric, you will join a fun, collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. You will have the opportunity to shape and execute our marketing strategy in the EMEA region, partnering with Sales and Marketing stakeholders. You will lead and coordinate marketing initiatives for Order-to-Cash and Managed Accounts Receivable (AR) Solutions, driving growth and market expansion across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on the UK and adjacent markets.

This key position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer within our Global Marketing team. We’re a dedicated, down-to-earth group in a growing organization offering plenty of opportunity. We look forward to adding you into the mix!

As a Marketing Manager, EMEA, you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for EMEA, UK, and adjacent markets, aligned with Corcentric’s corporate objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive positioning for Order to Cash and Managed AR solutions.
  • Lead market research and analysis to identify target clients, industries, and regions for our solutions.
  • Develop market entry and expansion plans, including market-specific tactics and partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Client Relationship teams to identify and engage key clients and prospects.
  • Client engagement and competitive analysis to sharpen messages.
  • Ensure a deep understanding of client needs, pain points, and industry-specific challenges to tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Work closely with the Product Development team to shape and enhance Corcentric’s Order to Cash and Managed AR solutions.
  • Great at thought leader content, references, and compelling message creation.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the space, solutions and issues facing the office of the CFO.
  • Develop and implement effective product marketing strategies to promote our solutions.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team dedicated to EMEA, UK, and adjacent markets.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the team.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and marketing KPIs to achieve growth and ROI targets.
  • Implement performance measurement and reporting to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Ensure marketing materials and campaigns comply with regulatory requirements and align with Corcentric’s brand standards
  • Mitigate risks associated with marketing activities in various markets.

Requirements

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in strategic marketing, with proven success in leadership, team-building, and people management, and the ability to motivate and guide a cross-functional marketing team.
  • Relevant experience in the financial services sector, with deep understanding of the Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable landscape, including industry best practices, technologies, and emerging trends.
  • Experience in successfully marketing solutions and driving growth in new markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and execute complex marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Hands on experience in Digital Marketing, understanding the role of the website, social media, and demand generation campaigns with details on marketing results and data.
  • Ability to build a marketing plan and execute and creation of metrics and reports for the region across all KPI’s.
