Marketing Manager, Customer Marketing

The Opportunity:

Point of Care Customer Marketing is seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking an experienced marketing professional with a passion for strategy development and execution to drive customer demand and growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and tactical execution of a customer marketing strategy, which may include a focus on account based experience/marketing (ABX/ABM), content and channel strategy, distribution marketing strategy and customer engagement. This individual will provide leadership and partner with sales, product marketing, MSA, Access & Government Affairs, Communications and internal stakeholders in order to elevate demand generation efforts and target audience reach through customer-centric and multi-channel marketing tactics.

Job Facts:

Define and create the customer marketing strategy and plan for aspects of the POC customer marketing strategic focus areas:

• Responsible for leading the development, launch and ultimately scaling and growing account based experience/account based marketing in Point of Care, within identified opportunities in the top 300 IHNs.
• Elevate POC solutions through a focus on the entire customer journey: acquisition, engagement, and retention with a heavy focus on customer engagement programs, KOL engagement, conferences and events and competitive strategy. 
• Drive outbound marketing content, portfolio positioning, customer engagement and digital presence strategy to create demand and advocacy. Identify areas to drive incremental demand and growth.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our customers, our competitors and the market, including emerging trends, payer landscape and patient mix.
• Enable commercial success and impact through activation, measurement, and optimization of POC digital marketing tactics.
• Drive sales and marketing collaboration and serve as a primary engagement point for both sales and customers.
• Manage resources and budget to target for all assigned programs with proactive communication on issues and opportunities.
• Advises and manages stakeholders by reporting on special projects, business challenges and opportunities to senior management. 
• Instilling leadership through others by acting as a role model to drive impactful business solutions and positive change, encouraging, motivating and empowering others and helping others to success.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of marketing, business, sales or equivalent experience
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to travel moderately as dictated by business need
• Proficient utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
