The Partner Marketing Lead Generation Operations Manager will work closely with the Scale Programs Manager to implement, measure, and optimize marketing by improving efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. You will be responsible for measuring and evaluating marketing performance across multiple channels including through channel marketing automation.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead Generation Programs:
  • Implement new and optimize existing lead generation programs including management of lead scoring, Market Development Funds (MDF), content syndication, cross-sell initiatives, etc to enhance partner productivity. 
  • Through Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA):
  • Develop and optimize partner onboarding to increase engagement and activate new partners. 
  • Maintain marketing content inventory including ongoing audits, removal of outdated content and publishing of new content.
  • Recommend and turn on additional features and integrations within the platform
  • Maintain and improve workflows to ensure leads generated from the TCMA are properly attributed. Track and report on lead lifecycle and performance. 

Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field of study.
  • 5+ years of experience in a partner marketing lead generation role.
  • Experience in Salesforce, PRM (MindMatrix/ Zift or similar)
  • Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated, self-starter.
  • Must be comfortable working in an environment with many changeable demands and priorities, requiring scheduling flexibility, positive demeanor and a “can do” attitude.
  • English Advanced/Fluent – This position needs interaction with international teams. Only resumes in English will be considered.
