The Role:
As Marketing Manager APAC you will represent and champion the central marketing strategy across brand, customer and product and work collaboratively with both local and central teams to devise and deliver marketing plans that support key regional business and brand objectives. You will champion and drive forward your markets’ goals within central teams whilst also managing and delivering allocated global tier 1 campaigns.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Work closely with APAC market offices to develop and deliver a compelling strategy that supports local objectives and the global brand.
· Day to day support and coordination of regional offices acting as their key point of contact -delivering cohesion and fantastic communication across all head office and local teams.
· Be responsible for the creation and distribution of comprehensive and concise APAC marketing briefs that compile business requirements from all key business stakeholders.
· Oversee and manage marketing led projects from start to completion ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to brief.
· Identify market opportunities and changes through research and global trends adjusting the marketing plan as necessary.
· Oversee the Marketing Executive to manage JV and franchise marketing plans supporting their initiatives and requests where appropriate and ensuring continuous brand support.
· Track spend and oversee the APAC marketing budget.
· Measure and evaluate the efficacies of marketing within a report at the end of each project through agreed KPIs such as ROI, sales, and retail traffic.
· Communicate marketing initiatives and seasonal plans to all relevant internal stakeholders.
· Carry out market and competitor analysis for your region updating marketing team with your findings.
· Keep up to date with latest market and cultural news to ensure you are championing creativity and innovation for the brand.
· Support the wider marketing team on execution of central projects as required.

Skills & Experience Required:
· Currently working in an equivalent level role.
· Strong experience within luxury or premium fashion.
· Previous experience working on APAC markets.
· Passion for Mulberry, our products and sustainability.
· Strong management and planning skills.
· Creative, strategic and innovative thinking.
