What You Will Contribute:

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Marketing
• Leadership experience
• Technical engineering degree desired
• In-depth understanding of Water Industry and/or Analytical/Environmental Instrumentation
• High technological affinity and passionate about technical innovation
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent command of English, international background appreciated
• Experience with the following software tools: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, CRM, Illustrator, PhotoShop, blogging software, website content management systems, Emarsys, Social Media

Main tasks

• Research, analysis and evaluation of the competitive market environment
• Development, management and implementation of a creative, effective Marketing strategy
• Direct and manage the company’s media / public relations programme
• Oversee the development and production of all marketing materials
• Professional accompaniment of product launches in terms of marketing and communication
• Planning a successful content programme
• Efficiently support the sales operations in relationship management for the purpose of converting targeted business prospects into customers.
• Support and control daughter companies and distribution channels with implementation of the marketing strategy
• Responsible for implementation and protection of company C.I. globally following corporate standards
• Ensure quality management (client satisfaction surveys) and compliance to corporate identity within the organization
• Select and manage exhibitions and trade shows together with the sales department worldwide
• Leadership responsibility (5 international direct reports)
