Marketing Manager The Opportunity We are a contract cleaning and soft services provider to the FM arena in London, and widely regarded as the employer of choice. We manage and support both end user clients and managing agents with several Iconic buildings and developments you will recognise. We have a reputation for quality and service and win most business by recommendation, but need our branding, values, and innovations to be shared and communicated with better consistency and direction. As a result, we are recruiting for a dedicated Marketing Manager to lead and shape a role based in London with a graphic designer reporting to them. The Package- £55k

Flexible working The Role of the Marketing Manager

Manage the company’s digital marketing platforms.

Maximise the effectiveness of the company’s social media presence.

Develop, improve, and innovate the company’s web pages, ensuring SEO effectiveness.

Create compelling content for the company’s social media and digital platforms.

Develop and implement marketing campaigns that improve brand awareness

Create Account Based Marketing campaigns to support the sales strategy

Manage all Personal Relations

Increase website visitors

Manage all external and internal communications on of the company.

Create presentations, case studies and references that promote the brand

Write copy for various marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material)

Support the Head of Sales & Marketing with lead generation strategies/campaigns

Ownership of Industry Awards & Events submissions

Creation of Hosted Events

Creation of brand guidelines for the brand to mirror companies’ values and ethos

Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures within London

Liaise with External Design & Media companies

Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance The Person

Clearly demonstrate you have achieved success within a marketing function with particular emphasis on cleaning services and/or soft services

Clear evidence of effective social and digital marketing.

Understanding on how to develop marketing plans and campaigns that position the business effectively within the market.

Have clear evidence of effective lead generation marketing campaigns

Statistics to showcase brand awareness and lead generation improvements

Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
