Marketing Manager

Park View Home is seeking a Marketing Manager that will be responsible for promoting the product of the business to new customers. Their duties include developing advertising campaigns, managing marketing contents in cooperation with the sales team, and driving sales through advertising/marketing.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Planning, developing and directing multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales and promote company brands
• Develop and implement overall branding and marketing strategies for all aspects of the company
• Overseeing social media accounts, websites and all content within the company to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations
• Researching trends and new marketing opportunities, and brainstorming ideas
• Analyzing customer feedback and campaign performance
• Generating new business leads
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management team

Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of experience as a Marketing Manager
• Marketing or business education
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, branding, and advertising
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative and innovative thinking
• Strong leadership and collaboration abilities
• Adaptability
• Good research and problem solving skills
• Ability to work with multiple teams

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
