We’re looking for our dream Marketing Manager to join our team and help take our brand to the next level. As the leader of the small but mighty Marketing group, you’ll help us set our strategy, define our brand standards and lead all marketing initiatives from customer emails to photoshoots. As the expert in brand and marketing, you’ll work in lock step with our internal teams to ensure brand consistency and innovation at every customer touchpoint. The Role

Our Marketing Manager will manage our growing Marketing team and will lead all Marketing initiatives for Park & Fifth including:

• Running our quarterly marketing planning workshops and leading the marketing calendar development
• Developing and executing all Marketing campaigns
• Leading all brand development work including our new brand guidelines (voice, tone, design standards)
• Developing and executing our customer email portfolio including an insight driven strategy leveraging customer lifecycle journeys, all email copy development and deployment
• Leading all photoshoot planning and coordination
• Serving as our Marketing point of contact for all other teams including retail, distribution, photography etc.
• Supporting the development of our growing Marketing team including managing our Digital and Social MediaSpecialist, our E-commerce coordinator, all external agencies and contractors
• Leading our PR portfolio and influencer program
• Managing our Marketing budget

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing or Communications
• 5+ years of experience in brand or marketing role
• Proven experience developing strategic integrated marketing plans including mass media, digital and social media and PR
• Strong knowledge of marketing best practices for advertising, social media platforms and PR
• Experience managing external agencies
• Excellent project management capabilities including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• A highly collaborative and effective communicator who thrives in team environments
• Passionate marketer who stays on top of current brand and marketing trends
• Advanced skills with PowerPoint, Excel & Word

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
