Acquired by Valsoft Corporation, collectionHQ is now part of a global portfolio of vertical market software companies, enabling continued innovation and excellence in supporting library success.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You’ll oversee campaigns across multiple channels, manage budgets, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts deliver measurable impact.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy in line with business objectives
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, events, PR, etc.)
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Oversee content creation for web, social, email, and other channels
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and make data-led recommendations
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign delivery
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing activities
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners when required
- Manage and work with the Marketing and Events Executive
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally with some management exposure
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management
- Proven ability to manage projects from concept to execution
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEM tools, Salesforce)
Preferred Skills
- Experience working within a software marketing environment
- Knowledge of SEO
- Event planning and partnership development experience
