We operate across core sectors such as office, industrial, retail, and hotel, as well as a range of specialised property types.Colliers UK is headquartered in London, with over 1,200 professionals across 16 offices in the UK and Ireland.Job DescriptionAs a Marketing Manager at Colliers, you will play a key leadership role in driving the firm’s marketing strategy to support business development, enhance brand visibility, and deliver measurable value to stakeholders. Working closely with department heads, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams, you will oversee and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, lead content and digital initiatives, manage key events, and contribute to strategic decision-making that supports the firm’s growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development and execution of marketing initiatives across Colliers UK, with a focus on integrating strategy, brand, content, digital, and events. The role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on delivery skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a proactive, collaborative approach to leadership.Main responsibilities include:Strategic Planning & Campaign Management
- Lead the planning, budgeting, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand engagement and lead generation.
- Align marketing efforts with business development goals, leveraging data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Team & Project Leadership
- Help to manage junior marketing staff and external suppliers, overseeing workflow, quality, and productivity.
- Delegate effectively and ensure marketing projects and events are executed to the highest standard, on time and on budget.
Content Development
- Oversee the creation and approval of marketing collateral including brochures, proposals, social media content, newsletters, capability statements, blog posts, and video content (both filmed and animated).
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and business goals.
Digital Marketing
- Manage digital channels and campaigns across SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and website optimisation.
- Monitor and analyse digital performance, making data-driven decisions to improve visibility and conversion.
Event Strategy & Management
- Lead the planning and execution of client events, sponsorships, and webinars that elevate the Colliers brand and drive client engagement.
- Produce detailed proposals and event plans including timelines, budgets, logistics, legal obligations, and post-event analysis.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, media partners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide regular updates and presentations to the CEO and senior leadership, maintaining a high standard of reporting and professionalism.
CRM & Data Management
- Oversee the use of CRM (Salesforce) to segment audiences, personalise communications, and measure campaign success.
- Ensure data integrity and optimise use of platforms such as Marketo for targeted email campaigns.
Market Intelligence & Insights
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to inform strategy, positioning, and campaign planning.
- Share insights and best practices with the wider marketing and business development teams.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate is a confident marketing leader with strong project management skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to work both strategically and operationally. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing multiple priorities and senior stakeholders.You will be:

- A strong communicator, collaborator, and relationship builder at all levels.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within professional services or B2B sectors.
- Proven experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns and managing events.
- Proficient in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), Marketo (or similar), Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
- Strong copywriting, content creation, and visual communication skills.
