• Lead customer marketing plans that boost awareness and sales across B2B channels.
• Fuel new business with high-impact campaigns, smart lead gen, and conversion tools.
• Own trade shows and sponsorships, planning, designing, and delivering standout experiences.
• Drive brand visibility across coffee, equipment, and side product ranges.
• Manage e-commerce and digital platforms to grow direct-to-customer sales.
• Lead brand launches, product strategies, and key marketing projects.
• Coordinate agencies, budgets, and timelines to keep everything running smoothly.
• Track market trends and performance data to uncover new opportunities.

Experience:

• B2B marketing experience, ideally in foodservice or FMCG
• Self-starter energy with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• A sharp eye for detail, creative thinking, and digital know-how.
• Comfortable working flexibly, with occasional travel.

Expected salary: £50000 per year
