You’ll bring ideas to life from concept to execution, ensuring every touchpoint resonates with clarity and purpose. It’s a hands-on role that partners closely with diverse teams, giving you visibility and influence across the business.Role Highlights

• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning through to creative execution and analysis
• Orchestrate launches across Paid, Lifecycle, Content, Supply, Ops, and more
• Maintain and enhance the homepage to align with growth priorities and inspire user action
• Write compelling creative briefs, manage timelines, and ensure campaigns land on brand
• Partner with internal and external teams to bring innovative campaigns to market

You Will Need

• 3–5+ years’ experience in fast-paced start-ups or scale-ups, ideally in marketplaces or e-commerce
• Proven ability to execute complex campaigns from idea through to go-live
• Strong project management skills with a knack for cross-team coordination
• A balance of creative flair and operational discipline to deliver impactful results
• Confident communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
