Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.00 36.25 hours per week
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 and up to 20% bonus and benefits

You’ll be part of a dedicated app squad focused on advancing Tandem’s digital proposition.Your Impact: Building a greener tomorrowAs a Marketing Manager at Tandem, your initial focus areas will be:

• Helping execute Tandem’s D2C strategy, focusing on customer engagement and acquisition across multiple channels.
• Implementing a culture of experimentation led by customer research and product analytics data.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from planning to delivery, optimising for customer activation and nurturing a highly engaged user base.
• Inform and support proposition development through customer and market research.
• Driving the launch of Tandem’s new savings products (due later this year), in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and product owners, to ensure a seamless product launch.
• Working alongside the business unit and app teams to deliver targeted engagement campaigns that drive customer retention and create cross-sell opportunities.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Demonstrable experience in marketing roles in either a busy agency setting or a consumer-facing, fast-paced, digital business.
• Hands-on experience with using product marketing tools (e.g. OneSignal or similar) and demonstrable experience running data-led engagement campaigns.
• Experience using Jira, Asana, Monday or similar products to manage work streams and initiatives.
• Experience in meta/google ads.
• Experience using analytics tools (ie. Mixpanel or amplitude)
• Experience in marketing app-led consumer products.

It would be great, but not essential if you have:

• Led customer research programmes that have positively impacted proposition or brand development.
• Experience working in a regulated environment, with some familiarity with financial promotions rules.
