• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and other marketing materials to enhance brand awareness.
• Podcast Editing: Assist with the editing, production, and promotion of company podcasts, ensuring high-quality audio and engaging content.
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing company social media accounts, scheduling posts, and tracking engagement to grow our online presence.
• Campaign Support: Work alongside the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns that drive brand visibility and lead generation.
• Website & SEO: Support website updates, blog management, and SEO efforts to improve digital presence.
• Event Coordination: Help organize and promote events, webinars, and networking opportunities that showcase our expertise in cybersecurity recruitment.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to refine marketing strategies.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s tone of voice and branding guidelines.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key marketing metrics, compile reports, and suggest improvements based on performance data.

What We’re Looking For:

• A creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Mainly LinkedIn.).
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• A keen interest in marketing, branding, and content creation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• 4-5 years+ previous experience ideally in recruitment or tech sectors
• A marketing-related degree is a plus but not required.
