Blue Arrow is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a respected, family-owned business with over 30 years of success in the safety footwear industry. As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead their marketing function and elevate their brand presence across all channels.🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s marketing strategy and oversee all external communications.
• Manage and mentor a small marketing team, ensuring high-quality output and collaboration.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and digital marketing plan.
• Align marketing campaigns with sales plans and business objectives.
• Oversee the creation of promotional materials, website content, and advertising assets.
• Manage distributor and reseller marketing campaigns to maximise brand exposure.
• Continuously improve the company website and digital presence.
• Drive innovation with creative, industry-first marketing ideas.
• Oversee the design and production of product packaging and point-of-sale materials.
• Maintain accurate product data across ERP and digital platforms.
• Visit reseller locations to assess and enhance in-store brand visibility.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop tailored marketing support.
• Plan and manage exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
• Write compelling copy and press releases for various media outlets.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Marketing Manager role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong background in campaign planning, brand development, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign), and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SQL is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• A proactive, creative thinker with a passion for brand growth and innovation.
