It’s important the successful candidate knows how to copy write – not just approve it.Plan and deliver a calendar of international trade shows, events, and industry expos.Develop and deliver customer marketing campaigns in partnership with the commercial team.Analyse performance across CRM (Salesforce), digital channels and market trends to inform decisions.Support NPD (new product development) and turn ideas into compelling launches.Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to maximise value and results.The successful candidate will be:A confident, creative, and strategic marketing all-rounder with at least 5 years’ experience.Experienced in sectors like agri, food, manufacturing, beauty or tech – any product-led environment.Happy to roll up your sleeves – especially when it comes to social media execution, copywriting, and content creation.Commercially focused and used to linking your work to sales outcomes and business growth.A strong communicator, able to influence multiple internal stakeholders and external partners.Open to regular travel across the UK and internationally.What you get:Salary package + performance bonusMatched pension up to 6%Life assurance x3 salaryPHI + Private HealthFlexible working with 2 days a week WFHThe chance to lead a global brand and shape the future of marketing in a rapidly growing sectorIf the above sounds of interest – apply now.
