Job description: Frisbii is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Denmark. The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading our field marketing efforts in the Nordic region and supporting global campaigns as needed. This role will focus on building a highly effective campaign and webinar schedule that contributes to increased sales pipeline and new customer acquisition. The Marketing Manager will help drive sustainable and efficient growth globally. To be successful in this role you will need to both see the big picture and execute rapidly. You will have a strong understanding of campaign dynamics, personas, ICPs, and a great affinity for technical topics.Essential Functions or Tasks:· Lead the field marketing planning and execution for the Nordic region and support global campaigns as needed· Plan, organize and execute high performing marketing campaigns and webinars in the Nordic region that contribute to increased sales pipeline and new customer acquisition· Develop compelling campaign assets such as ads, landing pages etc. or use existing collateral effectively· Set-up of campaigns in Linkedin and/or Hubspot or any other channel we deem relevant· Plan, set-up and market webinars including the coordination of content and speakers· Plan, organize and execute events· Analyze the success of your campaigns and define and monitor a set of campaign KPIs· Close collaboration with the field marketing managers in Germany and France, content management, brand and graphic designRequired Skills· At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the software and IT environment on the agency or industry side· Excellent campaign and project management skills· Experience in managing highly effective Paid Social campaigns on Linkedin and Google, Facebook/Instagram knowledge is a plus· Experience in growth or lifecycle marketing by email, in-product, content marketing, and other owned/ earned channels· Experience with persona-based / ICP marketing· Experience with e-mail marketing tools, ideally Hubspot and Content Management Tools, ideally WordPress/Elementor· Excellent Danish and English language skills (written and spoken), Swedish and Norwegian are a plus· High affinity for technical topicsSoft skills· Self-directed, resourceful, and accountable with a positive “can do” attitude· Creativity with out-of-the-box thinking and an interest in trying and learning new things· Excellent people and stakeholder management skills to interact with team, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third partiesWhy Join Us?A competitive compensation package with potential for growth.The opportunity to make a lasting contribution to the pioneer and driver of the European Subscription Economy.A chance to make a tangible impact within a collaborative and ambitious environment.Your opinion matters – take responsibility, show initiative, and have your input valued.A trust-based environment with short communication and decision-making paths, and a strong team spirit.
