The Exciting Stuff
As the Marketing Manager, you will combine customer insights with brand strategies to implement marketing activities and go-to-market plans that increase brand awareness and increase sales. You manage and ensure excellence in activation and execution of marketing programs and activities that deliver consistent brand messages that increase our market share. You develop long-term collaborative relationships with all partners. You set goals, track results, measure program Return on investment, and provide market-based insights and feedback to internal and external partners through KPI scorecard processes.
What you will do
- Deliver brand experiences through creation and management of social media, advertising, digital marketing, online content, and sales collateral
- Implement strategies for brand-interaction to encourage increased adoption and further our brand building strategy across all Company channels
- Leads the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales.
- Manage marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
- Collaborate with our teams to create strategic messaging, assets, sell-in plans, go-to-market campaigns, and co-marketing programs that support company plans and sales goals
- Set annual and quarterly marketing goals and monitor performance of lead generation, funnel performance, engagement, and product launches
- Manage the creative team in the development of graphics, images and messaging related to the product branding, data sheets, brochures, social media campaigns, advertising campaigns and trade shows
- Align sales and marketing goals to create accurate target personas, build prospect lists, and segment audiences
- Support Atom Power’s presence at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows – includes preparing engaging displays and collateral, and working with Sales to deliver post-event reports and analysis
- Create and deliver B2B marketing campaign plans in collaboration with the commercialization team
- Promote the brand voice, design and execution in all internal and customer-facing channels
- Support the marketing needs of important product launches
What you bring
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of agency, marketing, digital marketing or B2B experience required
- Experience with content development, including but not limited to blogs, SEO, whitepapers, case studies
- Knowledge of graphic design tools
- Experience in public speaking and presentation
- Proficiency in working across different groups; marketing, sales, and external business customers
- Experience influencing priorities and motivating partners for support
- Agile, responsive, and comfortable with a startup environment
