Cennox is looking for an experienced hands-on Marketing Manager to execute our strategic communication and marketing activities to customers across the USA. Working with senior stakeholders and reporting to the Group Director of Marketing, the successful candidate will demonstrate confidence and experience marketing to the finance and retail sectors. The candidate will be able to undertake the full mix of marketing platforms to raise brand awareness, generate new leads and increase market share.
The Role
Based out of our Atlanta office, the candidate will develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services to the finance, retail and QSR markets.
Generate new prospects for our sales team.
Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
Oversee the creation of engaging content across various platforms, including web, social media, and sales collateral.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Manage marketing budgets and report on campaign performance.
Manage our participation at numerous conferences and tradeshows across the US, oversee the collection of all ROI data, identify new events for 2024, and report this back to the business.
Requirement
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns that include customer lead generation in B2B finance and retail markets.
Able to execute campaigns across email marketing platforms.
Knowledge of AI within the marketing mix would be hugely advantageous.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across various channels.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as email marketing, social media management and creative applications (e.g. Adobe CC)
Clear, concise, and persuasive copywriting ability
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as you’ll be dealing with internal and external stakeholders
A creative approach to marketing will be hugely advantageous.
