Purpose of Position:
As the Marketing Manager for Belts and Chain, your primary purpose is to drive the success of the branding for Diamond Drives, Timken Belts, and Ultimax. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, stimulate sales growth, and solidify our market position. Your focus will be on creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, innovative tools, and promotional campaigns to effectively position our products in the competitive industrial landscape. Through market research, strategic planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in fostering customer relationships, optimizing online presence, and ensuring the success of product launches and trade show participation. Additionally, your management responsibilities involve overseeing the department’s operational and fiscal activities, contributing to the professional development of your team, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
